I’ll then share a brochure with various package options, detailing the coverage and everything included. Once you choose the package that best suits your plans, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. That will officially secure your date!

2. Details

This is where I become your new best friend and go-to support system! I’ll provide you with guides and helpful tips to make planning your big day simple and enjoyable. We’ll set up a phone call, video chat, or an online questionnaire—whichever works best for you—to dive into all the details. This allows me to get to know you better and ensure nothing is overlooked. Together, we’ll discuss all the things! Locations, your timeline, local vendors (like officiants, hair and makeup, florists, lodging, etc.). FAQs

Everyone has questions when it comes to the services I provide, which is wonderful! I wouldn’t want you to make a decision without being completely informed. Here are a few frequently asked questions answered to save you a bit of time on our call together!

Turnaround Time

Photo sessions have a 2-4 week turnaround and weddings and elopements are delivered within 8 weeks. In order to provide the highest quality of artistry in editing, I don’t offer traditional sneak peeks of a few images delivered within 24hrs. However when I have edits for your specific gallery dialed in, you will receive a highlight gallery of select images throughout your day. This is usually given 1-2 weeks after your wedding date.

If you have a specific timeline request, for example, photos for wedding a invitation, reception, etc. please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Inclement Weather

Some of the most beautiful images are created on rainy days, but sometimes conditions are just too gnarly to smile through! We will be in contact as your date comes closer and throughout the day as conditions change. We will do our best to shoot that day but if we need to we can reschedule.

However, some things can’t be rescheduled, like a wedding day! I am always prepared with waterproof equipment and umbrellas to shoot your special day in any conditions we are blessed with. In addition, I have captured dozens of rainy day elopements, so know you are in experienced hands if the weather does turn for the worst!

How Many Images Do You Deliver?

A lot… maybe too many? Basically I will give you everything that turns out well. Each one of my packages varies in how many images are delivered because the more time we spend together the more images we will create. I don’t like to give a cutoff number because I don’t believe in withholding any photos from you to try and upsell like some photographers do. These are your memories, I do my best to capture them fully and deliver them all to you!

Payment

A deposit or full payment must be made to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least four weeks before your session/wedding date. Those due dates will be included in your contract. Payment is requested to be made using my online invoicing system, however I do accept Paypal, Venmo, or cash.

Cancelation/Rescheduling

If you need to cancel, this must be done at least four weeks prior to the date of the event and all payments minus the deposit may be refundable. When cancellation occurs within four weeks of the event, or the client fails to show on the date of the event, all payments previously made will be non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. An additional $150 rescheduling fee will apply. My schedule fills up quickly, and there is no guarantee that I can accomodate a request to reschedule, but I’ll do my best.

What Should I Wear?

Wear what you feel most comfortable and confident in! When you feel good you look good. If you want those photos of you and your love running and dancing, wear shoes that won’t land you in the emergency room halfway through your shoot!

It’s true that colors can affect the look and feel of your photos. Look at sample photos online and in magazines to determine what you like and don’t like, then base your outfit off of that. Don’t stress, if you have further questions or concerns I am always happy to give suggestions or help you chose the perfect outfits!

How Long Have You Been A Jackson Hole Elopement Photographer?

18 years of photographing, 8 years of elopements! It all started when I took all the photography classes I could in high school and my time working on the yearbook and capturing memories with my friends is what started my passion for the art. I studied photography and graphic design at Utah State University including a study abroad in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Austria and Ireland.

I have worked in the field of elopement planning and wedding photography full time since 2017. Every year I attend workshops, conferences, hire mentors and find any resources to keep learning and fuel my creativity so I can deliver the best to my clients.
