Tyra and Jared recently got engaged, and their sweet love had me reminiscing all the feelings of that time in my own life. The beginning stages of marrying two lives together is so fun and exciting! Now knowing who you will be spending the rest of your life with is so comforting. I remember that moment after saying yes to a marriage proposal. And how it helped propel my own dreams forward! Knowing who I was going to have by my side, what his dreams and ambitions were allowed me to fill in the blank spaces I had been longing to fill.

This sunrise session got me thinking about the beautiful symbolism of the new day mirroring the newness of two people starting their lives together. The crisp fresh air of the early morning greeted us as we arrived on Antelope Island. Then we found the perfect place to take a walk through the sagebrush. Tyra and Jared danced together as the first light glowed through the clouds. I capturing these intimate moments as an Utah wedding photographer.

The way she giggled as he whispered in her ear just warmed my heart. It is such an honor to provide beautiful photos for couples that contain such raw emotion. Images that have the power to show you how you felt in that moment as he gently kissed your cheek. Those are the photographs I love to deliver to my clients!

Down by the water we found a comfortable sandy spot for these two. I love this image above, Jared cradling Tyra and looking at her with such love. You can see that Tyra does some modeling, she effortlessly posed for the camera and Jared just followed her lead.

From intimate moments of love to laughing and joking around. These two were so fun! We enjoyed exploring the unique features of Antelope Island together and getting incredible images of the landscape that included them.
